How to get a Dota 2 player card:
Player cards for Dota 2 are dropped 100 percent after every International Compendium match.

The more Compendium matches you play, the more Dota2 player cards you get.
They also drop with normal matches but it isn't guaranteed.
Notes:
To play compendium matches, you must purchase an International 2013 Compendium from the Dota 2 Store.
You also get a Smeevil treat after your first Dota 2 Compendium match.
Buy Dota 2 Compendium (9.99 USD from the Dota 2 Store)
What can you do with those cards?
