Dota 2 Lore - Clockwerk:
Rattletrap belongs to the same race as Sniper and Tinker, and in much the same manner he has offset his diminutive stature by beefing himself up with a suit of powered Clockwerk armor that makes the knights of other lands look like tin cans by comparison. Rattletrap is alive with devices that not only protect him from harm, but allow him to rappel from point to point while firing rockets and strewing the terrain with traps. What time is it? It's Clockwerk time!
Dota 2 Clockwerk Skills Guide
Clockwerk Skill 1: Battery Assault (Q)
Clockwerk discharges high-powered shrapnel at random nearby targets, dealing minor magical damage and ministun.
Clockwerk Skill 2: Powercogs (W)
Clockwerk forms a barrier around Clockwerk, trapping any units that are near. Enemies outside the trap that touch a cog are knocked back, losing health and mana. Once a cog has delivered a shock, it will power down.
Clockwerk Skill 3: Rocket Flare (E)
Clockwerk fires a homing missile that gives sight of the targeted area as well as inflicting harm on enemies in the area.
Clockwerk Skill 4: Hookshot (R)
Clockwerk fires a grappling device at a unit or location and reels Clockwerk to that spot. Any enemies Clockwerk collides with along the way are subject to damage and stunned.
With Aghanim's Scepter: Radius increased and cooldown decreased.
